Biden Set to Nominate a New Supreme Court Justice

Stephen Breyer has been a member of the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) since 1994, when President Bill Clinton selected him. Breyer is on the liberal side of the Supreme Court and often supports the left.

Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, and Neil Gorsuch were all nominated to the Supreme Court by President Trump, bringing conservative and pro-Constitution judges to the nation’s highest court.

Joe Biden will now nominate someone for the Supreme Court, and all eyes will be on him.

If he had the chance, Biden promised to appoint a black woman to the Supreme Court. He stated that this would be done in order to represent America. According to Biden, it is critical that people of color, as well as women, have more representation on the Supreme Court.

Biden nominated eight black women to the Court of Appeals, five of whom had already received confirmation. He’s not just talking about it; he’s serious about appointing a black, far-left woman to the Supreme Court.

He has a lot of alternatives, but rumors are circulating that Biden will nominate his vice president, Kamala Harris. Despite their promise to run together again in 2024, it’s possible that Biden may grant her a SCOTUS seat as a way to get rid of her.

Biden will use the same tactic with his SCOTUS selection as he did with Harris’s skin color and gender, dismissing any criticism as racist misogyny in order to keep promoting his globalist Build Back Better platform.
