While Nancy Pelosi is most known for her allegedly crooked, or at the very least dubious, stock trading, her vast, $144 million fortune isn’t entirely based on stocks. She also happens to be a huge real estate investor.
A copy of her financial disclosure statement, which contains her real estate assets, is available on Open Secrets. Some of them are as follows:
- Piatti Restaurant Company, LLC. Pelosi is a limited partner in this restaurant company, which is situated in Marin, California, and is worth between $1-5 million. It also provides Pelosi with a decent annual salary of $15,001 to $50,000.
- Russell Ranch LLC. Nancy is a limited partner in Russell Ranch LLC, which has undeveloped real estate, according to the report. It’s worth between $5 and $25 million and is situated in Sacramento.
- EDI Associates– Pelosi has a limited interest in the El Dorado Hotel in Sonoma, CA, valued $250k to $500k and providing her with a $50k to $100k annual income.
- Mosher Partners LLC– This is another real estate-focused limited partnership in which Pelosi has an interest, this one in Sacramento, CA, and which is valued between $250k and $500k to her and provides her with $5k to $15k in annual revenue.
- Auberge du Soleil. Nancy is a limited partner in the Auberge du Soleil, a hotel. It’s valued between $5 million and $25 million, and it earns Pelosi between $100k and $1 million each year. It’s in Napa, California.
- Borel Real Estate Company. Pelosi’s Borel Real Estate Company is another limited partnership. Pelosi owns a stake in a commercial mall in San Mateo, California, worth between $500k and $1 million and bringing her a yearly income of between $100k and $1 million.
- 2640 Broadway, San Francisco, CA: This is most likely one of Pelosi’s residences, but Google Maps has blurred it out from every viewpoint, making it difficult to identify. It has a mortgage in the $5 million to $25 million range, blowing the office building and Walgreens out of the water in terms of cost.
Pelosi’s net wealth has grown significantly during her tenure as Speaker of the House. Even if there is no proof of corruption, it is nonetheless questionable.
