As a majority of Democratic voters even stated they would like him removed from the 2024 election, a recent survey revealed that President Biden’s job approval rating has once again fallen, reaching a new record low of 31%.
According to a Quinnipiac University survey issued on Wednesday, 54 percent of Democrats believe that Biden should not seek re-election, compared to 40 percent who believe that the hapless leader should.
Overall, a startling 71 percent of Americans are against the 79-year-old president vying for re-election.
Since Biden took office a year and a half ago, his support has been slowly declining in polls.
Less than one-third (31%) of Americans, according to the Q-poll, think he is doing a good job, compared to 60% who don’t.
Democrats are more likely to approve than disapprove by a margin of 71 percent to 18 percent. Republicans outnumber Democrats by a margin of 94% to 2%.
Except for African Americans, all demographic groupings have low support ratings for the president. In the black community, 61 percent of people approve of his work performance, while only 28 percent disapprove.
Only one in five (19%) Hispanics approve of Biden’s capacity to lead, raising concerns about his popularity in the Hispanic community. Seven out of ten people (70%) disapprove.
Nearly two-thirds of Americans (64%) are opposed to former President Donald Trump running in 2024, according to the survey.
According to the study, the vast majority of Republicans (69 percent) continue to feel that the 45th president should seek reelection in 2024, while the vast majority of Democrats (94 percent) disagree.
Additionally, 68% of independents said they opposed having Trump on the ticket.
Nevertheless, with a favorability rating of 37%, Trump is more popular than Biden.
The results of Biden’s poll show how deeply unhappy Americans are with their country.
