Legal Experts Sound Off On Trump’s New Probe – Double Standard!

Legal experts on the right have spoken out in response to yesterday’s announcement by AG Merrick Garland, criticizing the ongoing investigation into Trump while disregarding anything that Hunter and Joe Biden, the Clintons, or the Obama administration did or might have done.

For instance, Sidney Powell criticized the DOJ for its protracted investigations into Trump and disregard for what Hunter may have done.

According to Powell, the appointment of yet another special prosecutor whose sole responsibility is to pursue cases against Donald Trump demonstrates the depths to which the dishonest Biden administration would go in an effort to thwart Trump.

Trump, he said, has been targeted at taxpayer money more consistently than anyone else, and the double standard is obvious. They create any justification to target Trump and defend Hunter and Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, and others from being investigated for egregious criminal behavior.

It is a huge move to appoint a special counsel, but Garland is perfectly within his powers to do so. That he hasn’t previously done so in regards to the Hunter Biden inquiry is worrisome. It smells of bias and gives detractors plenty of grounds for complaint.

Attorney General Merrick Garland continues to politicize and weaponize the Biden Justice Department by appointing a special counsel to look into his boss’s political foe, all the while he ignores smoking-gun proof of Biden’s international wrongdoing.

Garland hired a special counsel to look into the political rival of his employer for maintaining personal copies of presidential records and opposing the 2020 election, both of which are not crimes.

Attorney General Merrick Garland continues to politicize and weaponize the Biden Justice Department by hiring a special counsel to look into his boss’s main political adversary, all the while disregarding smoking-gun proof of the Biden family’s international wrongdoing.

In essence, according to Garland, he will give his special counsel whatever information he requires to look into the expressly legal non-crimes of objecting to a presidential election (as Democrats did in 1967, 2001, 2005, and 2017) and maintaining personal copies of presidential records.
