Felony CHANGED To Misdemeanor Suddenly – A Dirty Trick!

Alvin Bragg, the district attorney for Manhattan, is one of the most divisive individuals in New York politics. Although many people think it has been done at the expense of safety, the far-left prosecutor has made reforming the criminal justice system a key goal. The district attorney recently disclosed that numerous serious crimes for which people are accused had been downgraded.

Bragg began serving in January. Since that day, according to Fox News, his office has dropped 52% of felony cases, a considerable increase above the 39% of felonies that former DA Cy Vance’s office lowered to misdemeanors in 2019. One of the felonies Bragg apparently urged his agency to reduce is armed robbery of companies.

According to The New York Post, the new district attorney is having trouble getting convictions. Only 51% of the time is it possible for Bragg’s office to convict offenders. Less than 68% of convictions were obtained by Vance’s office in 2019.

The founder of Victims Rights NY, Jennifer Harrison, told the Post that the DA’s office has expressed a desire to decrease the number of shootings in the city, but she is curious as to how many gun offenses have been downgraded. “When people like Alvin Bragg are in charge, she wondered how the city was meant to put an end to the bloodshed.”

According to Fox, Bragg has been charged with putting the public at risk with his policies by NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell.
