Dem Rep. Hank Johnson Suggests Classified Documents Planted In Biden Office And Garage

Regarding President Biden’s confidential materials, a Democratic senator is sowing the seeds of doubt.

Sensitive documents were uncovered at Biden’s Delaware home and an office he used at a Washington, DC, think tank. Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.), who previously warned Guam could fall from overpopulation, suggested on Thursday that they may have been “planted.”

Johnson, 68, expressed his suspicion that the legal team of the 80-year-old President suddenly discovered documents from his tenure as vice president under the Obama presidency.

“Alleged classified documents showing up allegedly in the possession of Joseph Biden… I’m suspicious of the timing of it.” Despite the White House and Biden confirming that some of the papers seized were classified and located in his garage, personal library, and office at the Penn Biden Center, Johnson used the phrases “alleged” and “allegedly.”

Johnson continued by speculating that there may have been an unusual break-in at the president’s residence with the intention of embarrassing him and his administration and possibly getting him into legal trouble.

“I’m also aware of the fact that things can be planted on people, places and things can be planted … things can be planted in places and then discovered conveniently.”

The Georgia Democrat has a reputation for making absurd remarks and outrageous suppositions.

Johnson questioned now-retired Adm. Robert Willard, head of the US Pacific Fleet, about the effects of US forces on the island of Guam during a meeting of the House Armed Services Committee in 2010.

Johnson continued to applaud Attorney General Merrick Garland on Thursday for designating Robert Hur, a former US Attorney from Maryland, as a special counsel to look into how the papers wound up at Biden’s eponymous think tank and next to his Corvette in Delaware.
