Two individuals were taken into custody on August 26 by Delaware State Police in connection with drug-related crimes, the agency reports. One of the suspects was discovered in the driver’s seat of “an idling” vehicle, exhibiting signs of drug misuse, so the authorities decided to take action. Antonio Malloy, a resident of Frederica, and Jenny Fagan, a resident of Felton, have been named as the two suspects apprehended.

Around 8 a.m., the troopers located the two fugitives inside a parked, operational blue Dodge Caravan. A needle was stuck in Fagan’s arm, and there was crack cocaine on the driver’s seat when police approached the vehicle. The 35-year-old woman was unresponsive to their attempts at communication.

The officers then assisted Fagan out of the vehicle so she could get to the hospital quickly. Meanwhile, 46-year-old Malloy, who had been riding as a passenger, got out of the car for the police to check it out. The 35-year-old female suspect was wanted on four separate occasions.

The Delaware State Police claimed in a statement that they found more than 45 crack cocaine pills, 33 grams of cocaine, 8 grams of methamphetamine, and roughly 45 prescription pills. The statement also claimed that troopers recovered three packets of heroin and a loaded firearm that had been reported stolen by the Camden Police Department in July.

Reports state that Malloy was arrested on suspicion of drug possession and possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance. Meanwhile, Fagan was charged with receiving a stolen weapon, driving under the influence, drug possession, carrying a hidden weapon, drug paraphernalia, and having a weapon while impaired.

The 46-year-old man has been moved to Sussex CI, while the woman, aged 35, has been transferred to Baylor Women’s CI. According to the paperwork, the face values of their bonds are $41,000 and $47,000.
