Furthermore, the accused reportedly paid the mother $3,000 in July 2020 to travel from Nevada to Boston, where he picked them up in his Tesla and transported them to his residence. Once there, he allegedly instructed the young girl to engage in sexual acts.
There is currently no update on the child abuse and child sexual assault charges filed against Heather Carriker, the mother of the girl involved in the case.
As a part of John Griffin’s plea deal, the two additional charges against him, specifically the enticement of a minor, were dismissed.
Griffin’s substantial sentence follows his arrest in December 2021, where he faced numerous charges for inviting girls as young as 7 to his residence in Vermont for training related to sexual subservience.
In the first paperwork, it was said that he had convinced ladies he had met online that “a woman is a woman regardless of her age” and that he ought to be the one to “train” their young children sexually.
The state’s attorney claimed that Griffin also made an effort to coerce two children into engaging in sexual behavior using apps like Kik and Google Hangout.
For instance, he allegedly proposed a “virtual training session” in April 2020 where he would encourage a mother and her 14-year-old daughter to undress and have physical contact.
As part of his plea deal, Griffin cannot have contact with anyone under 18 years old, except in the presence of an appropriate adult approved by his probation officer.
He is also banned from areas frequented by minors such as playgrounds, schools and theme parks unless given permission by his probation officer.
